Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. For change-of-mind returns under this policy, items should be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. This is in addition to your statutory rights, explained below.

To start a return, email hello@fondobjects.com with your order number and we'll send you the return address and instructions. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer; we recommend a tracked service and that you keep proof of postage.

Refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days of our receiving the returned goods or your proof of postage, whichever is earlier, and include standard outbound delivery charges where the full order is returned.

Faulty or misdescribed items will be replaced or refunded in full at no cost to you, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Your statutory rights. In addition to this policy, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, email us, or use the cancellation form below. You then have 14 days from cancelling to send the goods back. If an item's value has been reduced by handling beyond what was needed to examine it, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
