UK delivery, £3.95. Free on orders over £40.
We hold our stock in London and pack and post every order ourselves, so your order leaves us within 2 to 3 working days. It then travels by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after that, a little longer for the Highlands, Islands and other remote postcodes. You'll get a tracking link by email the moment it ships.
Your order is our responsibility until it reaches you. If it's delayed, email hello@fondobjects.com and we'll chase the carrier and give you a decision date. If it's lost in transit, we'll send a replacement or refund you in full: your choice.
Not in the UK? We don't ship to the EU yet. Email hello@fondobjects.com and we'll tell you if that changes.
Returns and exchanges
30 days to change your mind.
If something isn't quite you, send it back within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
How it works:
- Email hello@fondobjects.com with your order number and what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply with the return address and confirm everything within one working day.
- Post it back using a tracked service and keep your proof of postage. Return postage is yours to cover, unless the item is faulty (see below).
- Your refund, including standard outbound delivery if you're returning the whole order, lands within 14 days of the return reaching us or your proof of postage, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Rather swap than return? Tell us the colourway you'd prefer and we'll hold it for you while yours travels back. If it's out of stock, we'll offer the nearest thing or a full refund. Your choice.
If something arrives faulty
That shouldn't have left us. Email hello@fondobjects.com with your order number and a quick photo if it's faulty or not as described, and tell us whether you'd prefer a replacement or a full refund. We'll have an answer for you within one working day, and if we need the item back, we cover the postage.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under UK law. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and receive a refund including standard delivery costs within 14 days of returning the goods or providing proof of return. If an item's value has been reduced by handling beyond what was needed to examine it, we may deduct that reduction from your refund. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described; where they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.
