How does the phone tab work?
The tab sits between your phone and a compatible case; no glue, no tools. Clip your lanyard or strap to the loop and you're done. We include tabs with every lanyard and strap.
Will it fit my phone and case?
You need a case; the tab holds between it and your phone. Most full-cover cases with a small charging-port opening work, and that is most cases sold. Long-bottom-opening and open-bottom cases don't. Phones 4 to 7 inches.
How much is delivery and when will my order arrive?
UK delivery is £3.95 and free on orders over £40. Your order leaves London within 2 to 3 working days by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and usually arrives 2 to 3 working days after that. We email you the tracking link the moment it ships.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to return any unused, undamaged item in its original packaging for a full refund. Email hello@fondobjects.com with your order number to start; refunds reach you within 14 days of the return arriving or your proof of postage, whichever is earlier. If anything arrives faulty or not as described, we replace it or refund you in full, at no cost to you. How should I care for it?
Hand wash only, then air dry. Rope softens slightly with wear. That's character, not damage.
